How to transfer admin rights

Go to Settings > Team. Find the member you want to promote. Click the three dots next to their name. Select Transfer Ownership. Confirm the transfer. You will be downgraded to Member. The new owner receives full Admin access immediately.

What changes after transfer

The new Admin gains: billing access, team management, plan changes, and white label settings. The previous Admin becomes a Member and loses access to billing and team settings.

FAQ

Can I undo a transfer? No. Once transferred, only the new Admin can transfer it back. Contact support if you transferred ownership by mistake.

Does the previous admin lose their account? No. They remain a Member in the workspace with access to all non-admin features.
