Update your plan, payment method, and billing details from your account settings.

Where to manage your subscription

Go to Settings > Billing. From here you can: view your current plan, see next billing date, update payment method, download invoices, upgrade or downgrade your plan, and cancel your subscription.

Update payment method

Go to Settings > Billing. Click Update Payment Method. Enter new card details. Click Save. The new card will be charged on your next billing date.

Download invoices

All invoices are available in Settings > Billing > Invoice History. Click any invoice to download the PDF.

FAQ

When does my billing cycle renew? Your billing date is shown in Settings > Billing. Monthly plans renew on the same day each month. Annual plans renew on the same date each year.

What happens if my payment fails? CopyThief will retry the charge 3 times over 7 days. If all retries fail, your account access is paused until a successful payment is made.
