Why connect multiple Meta profiles

If you manage ads for multiple brands or clients, you can connect each Meta Business Manager account separately. This lets you launch campaigns, track competitors, and manage creative across all accounts from one workspace.

How to connect multiple Meta profiles

Go to Settings > Integrations. Click Connect Meta Account. Log in with the Facebook account for the profile you want to add. Grant the required permissions. Repeat for each additional Meta profile.

Switching between Meta profiles

In Co-Pilot, use the account selector at the top of the page to switch between connected Meta profiles. Each profile’s ad accounts, campaigns, and audiences will load when selected.

How many Meta profiles can I connect? The number of connected profiles depends on your plan. Agency plans support the highest number of connections.

Can I remove a connected Meta profile? Yes. Go to Settings > Integrations, find the profile, and click Disconnect.
