How the CopyThief trial works and how to cancel your subscription.

Free trial

CopyThief offers a free trial for new accounts. The trial gives you full access to the plan features for a limited time. No credit card is required to start your trial. When the trial ends, you must add a payment method to continue.

What happens when the trial ends

If you have not added a payment method, your account access is paused. Your data is preserved for 30 days. You can reactivate at any time by adding a payment method and selecting a plan.

How to cancel

Go to Settings > Billing. Click Cancel Subscription. Select your reason (optional). Confirm cancelation. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

FAQ

Will I lose my data if I cancel? No. Your swipes, boards, and other data are preserved for 30 days after cancelation. If you resubscribe within that period, everything is still there.

Can I get a refund? Refunds are handled case by case. Contact support if you believe a charge was made in error.
