Ad Account Data Not Populating

Your ad account is connected but campaigns, ad sets, or ads aren’t loading in CopyThief. Here’s how to resolve it.

Why this happens

Ad account data may not populate due to: expired Meta permissions, the ad account not being linked to the connected Business Manager, Meta API delays, or the account having no active campaigns.

How to fix it

Step 1: Go to Settings > Integrations and disconnect your Meta account. Step 2: Reconnect by clicking Connect Meta Account. Step 3: During the reconnection, ensure the correct ad account is selected and all permissions are granted. Step 4: Return to Co-Pilot and wait up to 2 minutes for data to populate.

Check Meta Business Manager

In Meta Business Manager, confirm: the ad account is added to your Business Manager, the connected Facebook user has access to the ad account, and the ad account is active (not disabled or restricted).
