How to Populate Missing Assets in Co-Pilot

Creative assets, audiences, or pages aren’t appearing in Co-Pilot. Here’s how to get them to show up.

Common missing assets and causes

Missing Facebook Pages: The page was not selected during Meta connection. Missing ad accounts: The account is not linked to your Business Manager. Missing saved audiences: The audiences exist in a different ad account than the one selected. Missing pixels: The pixel is not assigned to the selected ad account.

How to fix missing Facebook Pages

Disconnect and reconnect your Meta account. During reconnection, explicitly select the Facebook Pages you need. See the Facebook Page Not Showing After Connect article for detailed steps.

How to fix missing ad accounts

In Meta Business Manager, add the missing ad account to your Business Manager. Then disconnect and reconnect your Meta account in CopyThief settings.

How to fix missing saved audiences

Confirm you have selected the correct ad account in Co-Pilot. Saved audiences are account-specific. Switch to the account where the audience was created.
